Meet
Patience Omarejedje

Part of the training, I have received, to become a Holistic Health Coach, came from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Prior to this training I had already received a degree in Holistic Science.

Who I am
I was born and raised in Nigeria. My parents, Dr. Jonathan David Oparake and Caroline Ezinne Oparake were both in the medical field, yet were not strangers to natural native medicine. Our grandparents and community elders, herbalists in their own right, formed the backbone of our natural native medicine which I continue to study and now practice, Peggy Angel Holistic Consultant. I graduated with a Management and Technology ABA from Nigeria and was awarded a National Diploma in Law in June 1986. Because I have long realized the importance of herbs and God’s promise that herbs have been given to us for the healing of the nations, I worked for and received a Masters of Holistic Science.
I had run a Holistic and Detox Center for many years before deciding to expand our business into the area of wholesale marketing, which is in Brooklyn, New York. I still practice as a Holistic Health Consultant yet limit myself to special conditions of health and spiritual matters. Recently, after losing another 10 pounds, I finally realized, as both an individual and a Health and Holistic Consultant, that the excitement and rapture of daily life can feed us more completely than any food we can prepare. Our primary nourishment goes beyond what we cook in our kitchens and present on our family dinner table. I took the time to look deeper into four primary areas of life, which included a fulfilling career, healthy relationships, regular physical activity and a renewed spiritual awareness.
When each of these areas became balanced in my life then my physical health greatly improved and I was able to lose those 10 pounds in a relatively short time. I encourage you to join me in a life that excites and enriches all around you. Take the time to ponder what you are longing for in terms of health, relationships, career and spirituality.
Training...

Part of the training, I have received, to become a Holistic Health Coach, came from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Prior to this training I had already received a degree in Holistic Science.

During my IIN training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

This training has given me additonal knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
